Location is very good

I was abused by the hotel reception . The receptionists are super rude and arrogant.

I liked how convinient it is to sites and the public transportation.

The room was a good size but I expected it to be a bit nicer for the amount of money paid per night. The breakfast was very good. That is until a bird came every morning for breakfast as well and hopped and pecked on the pastries. This was brought to a waiter's attention who just brushed it and said that the bird should be shooed away.

The room was available when we arrived at 10am which was very good. The location just across from the main station cannot be beaten. Breakfast was reasonable enough in the British pub next door. The free transport ticket was fantastic and saved us loads of money travelling around Geneva. Overall, a good stay and would definitely go back.

It was fairly pricey but all hotels in Geneva (and indeed, Switzerland) are expensive. The electrics blowing up when the bathroom light was switched on at 3am was rather scary but I think there was just a minor malfunction which they assured me would be fixed.

Staff very helpful and so friendly specially on the reception , location is very good..... For the rate I am so sure you guys will love it.

Not much, stayed 1 night.. It was ok.. the only issue was that the breakfast was available in a nearby 'bar'... though, the breakfast, per se, was ok... the fact that it was outside the hotel and probably was shared between hotels was a bit odd and inconvenient.

The location close to the centre and directly beside the main tain train and bus stations

The price was high for the hotel level, the size of the room was very small, the smell of smoke was disaster at the room, the map guide was not clear.

Value for money and proximity to train station.

The tv selection. Although on the index screen BBC prime was a channel offered, it wasn't. The toilet seat is very tight, this is not a room for an over-weight person.

The hotel is in a great location, literally across the street from the central Geneve train station. Perfect if you don't want the hassle of taking a taxi or a long walk with your bags to your hotel. The staff was nice and the room clean. Since it is near the station, you can hear buses and autos until about midnight. I travel with ear plugs, so the noise was not an issue for me.

Not the best value for the money, but good enough.

Breakfast being served in the Britania Pub because the pub seemed to be very dirty. A local Tea Room/Cafe or a local Brasserie would be much better.
